§ 1 Information about the collection of personal data
(1) Below we inform you about the processing of personal data when you use our website. Personal data is all data that can be related to you personally, e.g. name, address, email addresses, user behaviour. With this we want to inform you about our processing activities and at the same time comply with our legal obligations, in particular under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

(2) Controller: FESTI UMMAH, Enes Erdogdu, [email protected] (see our Imprint).

(3) When you contact us by email, the data you provide (your email address and, where applicable, your name and phone number) is stored by us in order to answer your questions. We delete the data collected in this context once the request can be linked to a contract, after the periods set by the contract term; otherwise after storage is no longer required, or we restrict the processing if statutory retention obligations apply.

(4) If we use commissioned service providers for individual functions of our offer, or if we wish to use your data for advertising purposes, we will always carefully select and monitor these service providers and inform you below in detail about the respective processes. We will also state the defined criteria for the storage period.
§ 2 Your rights

(1) You have the following rights vis-à-vis a controller with regard to the personal data concerning you:
● Right of access,
● Right to rectification or erasure,
● Right to restriction of processing,
● Right to object to processing,
● Right to data portability.

(2) You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority about our processing of your personal data.
§ 3 Processing of personal data when visiting our website

(1) For the informational use of the website — i.e. mere browsing without registration and without otherwise providing us with information — we process the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. The data described below is technically necessary for us in order to display our website and to ensure stability and security, and therefore must be processed by us. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR:
● IP address
● Date and time of the request
● Time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)
● Content of the request (page visited)
● Access status/HTTP status code
● Amount of data transferred
● Previously visited page
● Browser
● Operating system
● Language and version of the browser software.

(2) For use of our website beyond mere informational browsing, your data is also processed to execute orders (processing payment information, providing shipping and sending invoices or order confirmations). Further processing of your data serves to communicate with you, to detect potential risks or fraud, and to provide information and advertising regarding the products or services we operate. This of course only takes place to the extent you have consented.
§ 4 Further functions and services of our website

(1) In addition to the purely informational use of our website, we offer various services that you can use if interested, and we use other common functions for analysis or marketing of our offers, which are described in more detail below. As a rule, you will need to provide additional personal data, or we will process such additional data, which we use to perform the respective services. The principles of data processing stated above apply to all data processing purposes described here.

(2) For some processing of your data we use external service providers. These are carefully selected by us, are bound by our instructions and are regularly monitored.

(3) We may also pass on your personal data to third parties when promotional offers, prize draws, contract conclusions or similar services are offered by us jointly with partners. Depending on the service, your data may also be collected by the partners under their own responsibility. You will receive more information when you provide your data or below in the description of the respective offers.

(4) Where our service providers or partners are based in a country outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we will inform you of the consequences of this in the description of the offer.
§ 5 Objection or withdrawal of consent regarding the processing of your data

(1) If you have given consent to the processing of your data, you can withdraw it at any time. Such withdrawal affects the lawfulness of the processing of your personal data after you have communicated it to us. The lawfulness of the processing of your data up to the point of withdrawal remains unaffected.

(2) Where we base the processing of your personal data on the balancing of interests, you may object to the processing. This is the case in particular where the processing is not necessary for the performance of a contract with you, which we will indicate in the following descriptions of the functions. When exercising such an objection, we ask you to state the reasons why we should not process your personal data the way we do. In the event of your objection, we will review the situation and will either stop or adjust the data processing, or set out our compelling legitimate grounds on which we continue the processing.

(3) You can of course object at any time to the processing of your personal data for purposes of advertising and data analysis. You can exercise your advertising objection most easily by using the contact details given above.
§ 6 Processing of data from your devices (“Cookie Policy”)

(1) In addition to the data mentioned above, we use technical tools for various functions during your use of our website, in particular cookies, which may be stored on your device. When visiting our website, and at any time afterwards, you have the choice whether to allow cookies in general or which individual additional functions you wish to enable. You can make changes in your browser settings or via our consent manager. Below we first describe cookies from a technical perspective (2), before going into your individual choices in more detail, by describing technically necessary cookies (3) and cookies that you can opt in or out of voluntarily (4).

(2) Cookies are text files or information stored in a database on your hard drive and assigned to the browser you use, so that certain information can flow back to the entity setting the cookie. Cookies cannot execute programs or transfer viruses to your computer; they primarily serve to make the website faster and more user-friendly. This website uses the following types of cookies, whose function and legal basis we explain below:
● Transient cookies: these, in particular session cookies, are automatically deleted when you close the browser or log out. They contain a so-called session ID. This allows different requests from your browser to be assigned to the common session, and your computer can be recognized when you return to our website.
● Persistent cookies: these are automatically deleted after a specified period, which varies depending on the cookie. You can view the set cookies and their lifetimes in your browser settings at any time and delete cookies manually.
● Google Analytics, a web analytics service of Google Inc. (“Google”), 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA:
● Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, which are text files stored on your computer that enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is generally transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
● If IP anonymization is enabled on this website, your IP address will however be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area before transmission. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. IP anonymization is enabled on this website. Google will use this information on behalf of the website operator to evaluate your use of the website, compile reports on website activity, and provide other services to the website operator related to website and internet usage.
● The IP address transmitted by your browser within the framework of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data from Google. You can prevent the storage of cookies through appropriate settings in your browser software. However, we point out that in this case you may not be able to fully use all functions of this website.

(3) Mandatory functions technically necessary for displaying the website: The technical structure of the website requires us to use technologies, in particular cookies. Without these technologies, our website cannot be displayed (fully correctly) or support functions cannot be enabled. These are generally transient cookies that are deleted at the end of your website visit, at the latest when you close your browser. You cannot opt out of these cookies if you wish to use our website. The individual cookies are visible in the consent manager. The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

(4) Optional cookies upon your consent: Various cookies are only set after your consent, which you can choose during your first visit to our website via the so-called cookie consent tool. The functions are only activated in the event of your consent and may in particular serve to allow us to analyse and improve visits to our website, make navigation easier across different browsers or devices, recognise you on a visit, or display advertising (where applicable to align ads with interests, measure ad effectiveness or show interest-based advertising). The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal. We describe the functions we use, which you can select and withdraw individually via the consent manager, below.

Translation for convenience — the German version is legally binding.
